Wholesale FAQs
What are your order minimums?
- For opening wholesale orders, we require a minimum order total of $125.
- For reorders from existing wholesale partners, our minimum order total is $100.
What are your minimum order quantities?
- Art prints:Â 4
- Stickers:Â 12
What are your payment terms?
- Full credit card payment via our wholesale order link is due prior to shipment/delivery of items.
- For orders made through Faire, we offer Net 60 terms.
When will my order ship or be delivered?
- Our standard lead time is 3–7 business days for shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on the order quantity.Â
How are wholesale items packaged?
- Small prints will be individually packaged in protective cellophane sleeves with chipboard backing—for online orders we ship in sustainable paper packaging, but understand that retail stores need to display prints protected in plastic.
- Stickers will be delivered in a single protective sleeve for all stickers purchased and can be displayed without packaging.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
- All sales are final and we don't currently offer returns or refunds on wholesale orders. If items are damaged upon delivery, please let us know and we will replace any damaged items.
- For orders made through Faire, free returns are available.
Do you have product images we can use for marketing/social media?
- Yes, we can provide some high quality product images for your use with credit to @littleknowngoods.
