How soon will my order ship?
We try to get all orders out by the next business day after purchase, and shipping via USPS takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. This may be slowed down a bit due to COVID-19 delays, especially during the holidays so we recommend leaving ample time for shipment. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number—it may take up to 24 hours so check the link the next day.
What if an item is backordered?
If an item says it's backordered, we'll ship it out about a week later than our normal processing time of 1-2 business days. If it'll be longer than that we'll send you an email with an update. If your order also includes non-backordered items, we'll ship those out normally and then will send your backordered item later.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S. but contact us if you're interested in ordering from abroad.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll refund your payment. Just contact us!
What about damages or shipping problems?
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please tell us!! We definitely want to know and make it right. Contact us and we’d be happy to mail you another copy of the item that was damaged.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund due to shipping delays. Your order will always be sent out within 2 business days of purchase, but sometimes shipping delays may carry it past the expected date. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
