How soon will my order ship?

We try to get all orders out by the next business day or two after purchase, and shipping via USPS takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. We're a small home-based studio, so there are times when we're taking trips and will let you know if we expect your order to go out a little later. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number—it may take up to 24 hours so check the link the next day. If you have a date you're really hoping to receive your items, please contact us when placing your order.

What if an item is backordered?

If an item says it's backordered, we'll ship it out 1-4 weeks later depending on when we're getting new stock in. If it'll be longer than one week, we'll send you an email with an estimated ship date. If your order also includes non-backordered items, we'll ship those out normally and then will send your backordered item later.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the U.S. but contact us if you're interested in ordering from abroad.

What is your refund policy?

What about damages or shipping problems?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please tell us!! We definitely want to know and make it right. Contact us and let us know what was damaged.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund due to shipping delays. Your order will typically be sent out within 2 business days of purchase, but sometimes shipping delays may carry it past the expected date. If you have a date you're really hoping to receive your items, please contact us when placing your order.
